By accessing or using SHITTYAF ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

- You own or have the right to submit the User Content.
- Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Your User Content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or threatening material.
- You will not impersonate any person or entity.
3. ANONYMITY & VOTING
The Wall of Shame and Meme Factory operate anonymously. We do not require accounts to submit or vote. We use browser-based hashing to prevent duplicate votes. This is not a perfect system and can be circumvented.
4. CONTENT MODERATION
We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. We are not obligated to monitor the Site.
5. DISCLAIMER
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SHITTYAF operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
